2. Shipping

LuxGentleman ships worldwide via UPS.

Europe – UPS Standard
Delivery within 1–2 business days.
An affordable and reliable service for all EU countries, offering full online tracking and home delivery to the address provided.

Worldwide – UPS Worldwide Saver
Delivery within 2 business days, depending on the destination.
Express international service with real-time tracking and priority delivery to over 220 countries.

United States
Customs duties are included in shipping costs.
The price you see at checkout is the final price you will pay.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and parcel weight.

Shipping is free Europe for orders over 749.
Shipping is free Italy for orders over 499.

Processing Times
Orders are prepared and handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Delays and Liability
Any delays caused by force majeure (strikes, international holidays, adverse weather conditions, or customs inspections) are not attributable to LuxGentleman. In case of significant delays, customers will be informed via email or phone.


3. Accepted Payments

4. Returns and Exchanges

The customer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the package.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify LuxGentleman by email at info@luxgentleman.com within 14 days of receiving the goods, or alternatively submit a return request through their customer account at https://account.luxgentleman.com by selecting the order to be returned, clicking on “Request Return”, and submitting the return request in order to obtain approval and operational instructions (return label, packaging instructions, etc.).

All returns must be authorized in advance by LuxGentleman. Returns sent without prior written authorization will not be accepted.

A return or exchange may only be accepted if the product:

  • is intact and unused;
  • is returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging, labels, and any accessories).

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are always borne by the customer.

Once the returned goods have been received and their integrity verified, LuxGentleman will refund only the cost of the product using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase, within 30 working days.

For customers outside the European Union, the refund will be issued as a store credit voucher to be used on the website within 12 months from the date of issue.


7. Prices

All prices displayed on luxgentleman.com include VAT.
The currency displayed on the website automatically adjusts based on the customer’s country or geographic location.
LuxGentleman reserves the right to change prices at any time but guarantees the application of the price indicated at checkout.


8. Liability

LuxGentleman shall not be held liable for damages or losses resulting from delays, failed deliveries, or discrepancies between products and their online descriptions.
Goods travel at the customer’s risk from the moment they are handed over to the courier.

Upon receipt, customers must verify the integrity of the package and the accuracy of the order.
Any discrepancies must be reported within 10 days to info@luxgentleman.com.
